We want every customer to be happy with their purchase! We ask you to please choose carefully but if you change your mind that's OK too!
You're welcome to return any products in a re-saleable condition by posting it back to us within 14 days of arriving at your door. Once inspected we will issue a refund.
The product price will be refunded excluding the shipping.
We do not offer exchanges, we refund and ask you to please place a new order.
DAMAGE INSPECTION The goods will be inspected by our team upon arrival, if damaged but still re-saleable then a percentage based on the damage (what we would need to sell it on Clearance) is removed from the refund. We're super reasonable here!
WHAT IS RE-SALEABLE? Re-saleable products are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
OUR MISTAKE? WE'LL LOOK AFTER YOU! In the unlikely case that the mistake was on our behalf, MB will send a return label for free postage back and once the tracking shows dropped off we will issue a full refund including the shipping.
